What Expera is

Expera is built for independent recruiters and small agencies placing 5–20 roles a month. The bottleneck it removes is the reading: instead of screening 100 CVs by hand, your AI team reads every CV properly and hands you a shortlist with reasons.

It is not an ATS, and it doesn't replace your judgment. You still decide who goes forward.

How it works

Every role runs the same three stages:

• Source. Paste a job ad — the AI team extracts what the employer actually needs, then searches TotalJobs for matching candidates.
• Match. Every CV is read properly: skills traced to evidence, past employers profiled, career trajectory understood. You get verdicts with reasons, not scores alone.
• Place. Candidates consent before anything is shared. The employer receives a depersonalized, employer-ready shortlist — names and contact details stay with you until they ask to move forward.

Credits in plain terms

One AI action costs one credit: creating a job from a job ad, and screening one candidate, each use one credit. Mechanical checks, CV uploads, and emails are free.
