Candidates are added to the job's pipeline with their CVs attached. You decide who stays.

Add or pass
Add the strong ones to the job. Everyone else stays in your roster for future roles.
Upload CVs
If you source candidates elsewhere — referrals, your own network, other job boards — upload their CVs directly. The team parses them and adds them to the same pipeline.

Duplicates
