Step 4 — Screen candidates
Screening happens in two stages. Stage 1 is mechanical and free. Stage 2 is the AI team reading every CV properly — the part that used to take your week.
Stage 1 — the gates
Automatic checks against the job's hard requirements: right to work, location, contract type, must-have skills. Candidates who fail a hard gate are set aside automatically — no credit used.
Note — Stage 1 is a keyword gate, not a judgment. It filters the obvious mismatches so the AI team only spends time on candidates who could genuinely fit.
Stage 2 — the AI review
1
Start the review
One click screens every candidate who passed Stage 1. Each review uses 1 credit per candidate — you'll see the total before you start.
2
The team reads every CV
Skills traced to evidence, past employers profiled, career trajectory understood. Not keyword matching.
3
You get verdicts with reasons
Strong match, worth a look, or not a fit — each with the evidence behind it, the strengths, and the gaps.
Your decisions
Work through the review queue in the job's Screening tab. Approve the strong matches, set aside the rest. You can review candidates one by one, in bulk, or re-review any individual when new information comes in.
Credits — Re-reviewing a candidate uses 1 more credit — the AI reads again from scratch.
