Step 6 — Build the shortlist

The shortlist isn't something you assemble by hand. Consent is the single source of truth: mark a candidate Consented, and they're in the Present tab.

1
Mark candidates Consented
As consent replies come in, mark each candidate in the Shortlist tab.
2
They appear in Present
No extra step. Consented candidates are the shortlist, automatically.
3
Change your mind?
Moving a candidate back to 'needs consent' removes them from the present list — it always matches reality.

Review the present list

The Present tab shows exactly who will be shared: each candidate with their role, location, verdict, and match score. Read through it once — this is the pack the employer receives.

Tip Fewer than three consented? You can add more candidates from screening, or promote from the reserve pool — the hint appears right in the tab.

What the employer sees

The pack sent to the employer is depersonalized: no names, no contact details, no personal information — just the professional profile of each candidate. Names are revealed only when the employer asks to move forward, with the candidate's consent you already hold.
