3. Credits and Billing

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are consumed when using AI-powered features (article generation, analysis, etc.)
• Credit costs vary by feature - see our pricing page for current rates
• Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods
• Subscription renewals occur automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact support

4. AI-Generated Content Ownership

Regarding content generated through our platform:

• You own all content generated using your inputs and knowledgebase
• We retain no ownership rights to your generated content
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing
• AI outputs may require fact-checking and editing for accuracy
• You grant us license to process your inputs for the purpose of generating content

5. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

All data within the platform is organized by team. Team owners control access and permissions for team members.

6. Acceptable Use

• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Produce spam, malware, or phishing content
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse the platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models

The materials on Expera are provided on an "as is" basis. Expera makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before use.

8. Limitations

In no event shall Expera or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Expera.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account:

• For violation of these terms or our Fair Usage Policy
• For non-payment of subscription fees
• At your request (account deletion)
• If required by law

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may export your data before account deletion.

10. Modifications

Expera may revise these terms of service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. By continuing to use the service after changes become effective, you agree to the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
